Adam Sulaiman founded Max Capital Hub in 2018 on a simple conviction: capable people shouldn't get turned away from opportunities they're genuinely qualified for, just because no one took the time to walk them through the process.
Before building Max Capital Hub, Adam spent years watching the same pattern repeat. Small business owners denied funding they could service, first-time buyers locked out of mortgages they could afford, families with credit issues that were correctable if anyone would look closely enough. The financial system worked beautifully for the people who already knew how to navigate it. For everyone else, the door stayed closed.
He started Max Capital Hub to change that. What began as a one-person operation has grown into a national team of credit specialists, loan officers, real estate professionals, paralegals, and consultants. But the operating principle hasn't changed. Every client gets a strategy built around their actual situation. Not a template.
